On January 28, 1941 Ruby was united in marriage to J.D. Blankenship in Forsyth.
Survivors include: her children, David Blankenship and wife Barbara of Ozark, Ron Blankenship and wife Carolyn of Sparta, Frank Blankenship of Ozark, Joan Turner and husband Jerry of Ozark, Fay Letterman and husband Ron of Sparta and Kay Berry and husband Joe of Ozark; a “Bonus” daughter, Mary Fuller of Gainsville; 23 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren and 15 great great grandchildren.
Ruby was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Arnold; a granddaughter, Joyce; two grandsons, Jeff and William; two sisters; and two brothers.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 2, 2016 in Coble Cemetery, Cedarcreek, under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, September 1, 2016 in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
