Ms. Violet Jacqueline "Jackie" Bennett Berry, age 91, of Cedartown, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2016. Her ashes will be handled by the Floral Hills Cemetery of Tucker, GA and the Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home of Cedartown, GA.
Jackie was born in Bristol, Georgia on July 17, 1924. She was married to the late Charles Eugene Berry. Jackie had worked as a bookkeeper for Atlanta Glasscrafters and the Haralson Superior Court Clerk.
She is survived by a daughter, Susan Berry and son in law, Tommy Engram and a bodacious number of nephews and nieces, Speedy, Cat and friends.
Jackie is preceded in death by Charles Eugene Berry, husband; Addie A. Eunice Bennett, mother; James Harley Bennett, father; Vivian Bennett Bennett, sister and Robert David "Bob" Bennett, brother in law and Yetive Bennett Butler, sister; several nieces and nephews and Tomboy, cat.
