Lance of Mattoon and Margaret Fredrick of Mattoon; great-grandmother, Vera Denham of Sullivan; great uncle and aunt George and Vickie Risley of Cave Creek, AZ; and Mike's Lab Snoop Dog.
Mike was preceded in death by his brother, Dustin J. Lance, grandfather, Don J. Lance, great grandparents, Gerald Denham and Albert J. and Marie Lance.
