Karen J. Patrick, 72, of Lancaster, passed away on August 28, 2016 at Manor Care in Lancaster. She was the wife of the late Larry P. Patrick, who passed away in 2002.

She was born in West Plains, MO on September 22, 1943 to the late Edwin and Clema “June” Bullock Grubbs. Karen was a member of the Church of God. She enjoyed reading, working with her card ministry, teaching Sunday school and children’s church. Her greatest love was spending time with her family.

Surviving are her children, Timothy Patrick of North Carolina, Lori Stauffer of Lebnaon, Lisa Carpen of Spring Grove, LeAnn Kramer of Millersville, grandchildren Jessica Patrick, Jason Patrick, Jacob Patrick, Caleb Stauffer, Shannon Stauffer, Ian Carpen, Lydia Carpen, Micah Richardson, Blane Richardson, two great grandchildren, Jaron and Lily, siblings: Edwin Grubbs and his wife Sandra, Charles Grubbs and his wife Diane, Debra and her husband Ron Gebbie, Daniel Grubbs and his wife Kelli, and a sister-in-law Betty Grubbs. She was preceded in death by her brothers Gary and John Grubbs.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday September 3, 2016 at 11AM from Kreamer and Lum Funeral Home and Crematory, Rt. 72 and Campmeeting Road, Jonestown. Interment will follow in Salem Evangelical “Ono” Cemetery, Ono. There will be a visitation held with the family an hour prior to the services from 10AM till 11AM.
