She was born on January 8, 1939 in Chattanooga, TN. She worked as a CNA and was a licensed minister. She was of the full gospel faith.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Ruel and Katherine Harvey Jenkins; brother,
Charlie Jenkins; former husband, Carl Quinn.
She is survived by her daughters, Carla Quinn, Charlotte, NC and Angela (Wael) Takrouri, Chattanooga, TN; son, Greg (Vickie) Hopkins, Ringgold, GA; twelve grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren; sisters, Bobbie (Charles) Wright, Ringgold, GA, Judy Boggs, Apopka, FL, Linda (Ben) Yother. Rock Springs, GA; brother, Robert (Sharon) Jenkins, Cleveland, TN.
Funeral services will be at 1 PM, Wednesday, August 31 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Joey Kelley officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11 AM-1 PM, Wednesday, August 31 at Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Road.
