Tony had served as a machinist in the past for Kennedy Machine Shop.
In recent years, he was a caregiver for five years to the physical and mental handicap people.
He is survived by his wife Deborah (Bocock) Stewart of Muncie; two sons, Bobby (wife- Tammi) Burns of Greensboro, In., Johnny Stewart (fiancé – Polly Anna Hood) of Greenfield; his mother, Paula (Stearnes) Stewart of New Castle; several grandchildren; three sisters, Patty Stewart of New Castle, Mickey Whitehouse of Anderson, Cindy Stewart of Muncie; one brother, Luther Stewart of New Castle; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
He was preceded in death by his father, Luther Stewart.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 30th, 2016 at the Batson Cemetery with Pastor Rudy Lee officiating.
