Kenneth Ray Sanders, 58, of Amarillo died Monday, Sept. 4, 2006.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Life of Praise Fellowship with Lavon Thompson, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St.

Mr. Sanders was born Aug. 14, 1948, in Amarillo and graduated from Caprock High School. He worked for 18 years at Canyon Drive Lumber, now known as Stock Builders Supply.
Kenneth married Deanna Smith, they were married for 14 years until she passed away from this life on Sept. 30, 2005.

Kenneth enjoyed camping with friends and family, but most of all he loved spending time with all five of his grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, J.K. and Veo Sanders; and two brothers, James Sanders and Tom Sanders.

Survivors include a stepdaughter, Karlee Thomas Creek and husband Matt of Amarillo; a stepson, J.W. Thomas and wife Jessica of Amarillo; an aunt, Billy Martin; an uncle, Al Billington; two nieces, Patricia L. Sanders-Turpin and Shawna Baker; two nephews, Kenneth E. Sanders and Tommy E. Sanders; and five grandchildren.
