William Alan Amburn, age 23, of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016. He was of the Baptist faith, and a 2012 graduate of Karns High School. William was a loving son, grandson, brother and a friend to so many who enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Preceded in death by his grandfather, Bob Branum; great-grandmothers, Georgia Davis, Jessie Smith and cousin Aron Pack. He is survived by his mother, Conda Krueger and husband Ralph; father, Bobby Branum and wife Jessie; sister, Keriana Branum; grandparents, Alan and Connie Amburn all of Knoxville; grandmother, Jan Branum of Gainesville, GA. Additionally he is survived by aunts, Cheryl Pack (Jerry), Sally Weekley (Fred), Karen Miesel (Kevin), Shayna Branum; uncle Sam Davis (Teresa); cousins, Eric, Ryan, Billy, Ben, Brian, Austin, Brandy and Nikki; and special cousin, Bryce Weekley, whom was more like a brother; as well as many other extended family members and special friends too numerous to mention.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, August 30, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in Weaver's chapel with funeral service to follow at 8:00 p.m. Rev. Charley McGill and Rev. James Webber officiating. Interment will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday at Lynch-Bethel Cemetery on Emory Rd. Condolences may be left at www.weaverfuneralservices.com. Arrangements by Weaver Funeral Home.
