Donna L. Hoffmann, 37, of Foristell, died Friday (Oct. 1, 1999) at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Ms. Hoffmann belonged to Trinity Lutheran Church in Troy.
Visitation will be at 9 a.m. today at Baue Chapel of Wentzville, 1575 West Pearce Boulevard, Wentzville. The funeral service will follow at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home, with burial at St. Charles Memorial Gardens, 3950 West Clay Street.
Among survivors are her parents, Leo W. Hoffmann and Lois H. Hoffmann of Foristell; four sisters, Beverly Hoffmann of St. Peters, Patricia Harvey of Augusta, Cheryl Hoffmann and Jennifer Hoffmann, both of Wentzville; and a brother, Kenneth Hoffmann of St. Charles.
