Young- Funeral services for Mrs. Lydia C. Young, former Bay City resident, will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Hyatt Funeral home. She died Saturday at the Veterans' Facility home, Grand Rapids, after a year's illness. Born in 1864,? she lived in Sebewaing prior to her residence here. She was a member of the Bible Students' church, Saginaw. Several nieces and nephews survive. The Rev. C. H. Sundbom, of Saginaw, will officiate and burial will be in Pine Ridge cemetery.
