Mark Grandy Proctor, 46 of Quality, Ky. passed Saturday August 27, 2016 at the Franklin - Simpson Nursing & Rehab Center in Franklin, Ky. Mark was born November 7, 1969 in Muhlenberg County Kentucky to the late Royce Grady Proctor and Margaret Morgan Engler who survives.
Mark Grandy Proctor is survived by his wife Pamela McKinney Proctor of Quality, Ky.; his mother Margaret Engler and step father Eugene of Quality, Ky.
Burial will be in the Union Cemetery.
