Mishawaka-Courtney Theresa Henry, seven and one half months, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 4:09 p.m. at home. Courtney was born on May 17, 2012 in Indianapolis, to Joseph and Jessica (Flannigan) Henry.
She is survived by her parents, grandparents, Patricia Henry of South Bend, Melvin Lee of South Bend, and Tammy Quiboloy of Goshen a great grandmother, Maureen Harris of South Bend; brother, Jayson Henry; half sisters, Brooke Buchanan, Mya Kohli and Layla Mack; and a half brother, Ethan Flannigan all of Mishawaka.
A private family service will be held. Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka has been entrusted with handling the final arrangements. Memorial contributions to the family may be sent to 54301 Maple Lane South Bend, IN 46635 in care of Joseph and Jessica Henry
