The funeral of Mr James Clinton Wyatt, who died last Sunday in Hawkins, was held here at the home of his brother and sister-in-law, Mr & Mrs Collie Wyatt, Monday afternoon at 3:30. Interment was made in the Masonic cemetery. Mr. Wyatt was born and reared in this county, exactly 54 years ago, the son of Mr. & Mrs Adolphus Wyatt. He is survived by his wife, three sons, Guy, J.C. and John one daughter, Novie D. of Hawkins. His mother Mrs Mildred Wyatt of Jacksonville, three brothers, Messrs. Collie and Bush Wyatt of Caldwell and Tom Wyatt of Hawkins, three sisters, Mrs Duward Autrey of Second Creek community, Mrs John Clements and Mrs J J Autrey of Jacksonville. All of his immediate family, about twenty three in all were here to attend the funeral.
