Dr. William Chelsey Mays, Sr. of Franklin, 50, died at Baptist Hospital on Sunday, Jan. 15.
A native of Atlanta, Tx., Dr. Mays was the son of the late Abe M. Mays Sr., and Mrs. Abe Mays of Atlanta who survives.
He was the Chief of Chaplains at Veterans Hospital and a mbmer of the Baptist Church.
