Mr. Story retired in 1976 as a switchman with the Illinois Central Railroad.
He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen local.
Survivors: wife, Bertha I.; two sons, Thomas Russell Story of Buffalo and David Charles Story of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two grandchildren; eight stepgrandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Beck of Rochester and Betty Devocelle of Holiday, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Fullenwider-Park Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg, the Rev. Larry Hanson officiating.
Burial: Roselawn Memorial Park.
