Jack Evan Adams II, age 44, of Crestview, Fla., passed away on Friday, March 27, 1998, in a Pensacola, Fla., hospital.

He was a native of West Virginia but had been a resident of Crestview since 1991, moving to Crestview from Guam. Mr. Adams was retired from the U.S. Air Force. He was employed at Eglin Air Force Base,, Fla., with the civil engineering squadron in pest control management. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Crestview.

Survivors are wife, Beverly Adams, of Crestview; two daughters, Nicole and Rebecca Adams, both of Crestview; mother and father, Virginia Adams and Jack Adams; two brothers, David Adams and William Adams; and one sister, Laura Adams-Saha.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 1998, from the First Assembly of God Church with the reverends George Skipper and Ron Meade officiating. Burial will follow in the Live Oak Park Memorial Cemetery with Whitehurst Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Friends may call at the funeral home on today from 7 to 9 p.m. Flowers for the service will be accepted or donations may be made to the First Assembly of God Church in Crestview.
