Julia E. Jensen, 95, died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2001 at Libby Care Center in Libby, Montana. She was born June 8, 1906 near Bismarck, North Dakota to George and Merley (Wood) Conklin. She moved with her family to Niobrara in 1907. She attended rural school on the Santee Indian Reservation. She married Walter Jensen on Dec. 31, 1931. When they retired to moved to Norfolk in 1960 and she moved to Libby after the death of her husband in 1970. She was survived by 2 daughters and their husbands, 1 son and his wife, 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
