Kelly Anne Haley passed away Friday, August 12, 2016 in her home in Longmont. She was born June 16th, 1984 in Vail Colorado to Michael and Barbara Rhoades. She lived in Gypsum CO for a few years before moving to Longmont CO.

She grew up playing with her sisters, making chore charts for the family, and playing in the Oligarchy Greenway. She attended Skyline High School, where she was captain of the cheerleading squad, played tennis and where she met her husband Seth. She followed her dream of becoming a teacher, and attended the University of Northern Colorado to get her license. In 2005, she graduated a year early due to her hard work and diligence. She started working at Longmont High School as a cheerleading coach and part time teacher in 2005. She greatly enjoyed working with the students and her cheerleaders.

On June 4th, 2005, she married the love of her life, Seth Haley. After two blissful years of marriage, she gave birth to her first son John Michael on May 5th, 2007. They family vacationed to Mexico and enjoyed being a family of three, until they were blessed with their second son Colin Zachary on December 3rd, 2008. The family continued to travel and Kelly continued working at Longmont high school, leading her cheerleaders to placing in state competitions on multiple occasions. On May 21st, 2011, Kelly gave birth to her daughter, Emmerson Anne. Kelly's love for travel took her to Spain, many islands in the Caribbean, Belize, Hawaii, Honduras, Puerto Rico, and even as far as Bahrain. She loved to organize and create handmade crafts for her breathtaking home. She was an amazing mother and cared for her children more than anything. She always put their needs before her own, and they were her greatest source of pride.

She is survived by her husband, three children, parents; her sister, nephew, her father- and mother-in-law, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday August 20, 2016 at LifeBridge Christian Church. Cremation entrusted to Ahlberg Funeral Chapel and Crematory. Memorial contributions can be made to Kicking the shit out of cancer www.ktsooc.com/Kelly or Happy Smackah www.happysmackah.com .
