Born in Toledo Ohio, March 4,1927 the 1st of 3 children of William J. Sampson Jr. & Margaret Thomas Sampson, and grew up in Cleveland & Youngstown Ohio. She moved to the Galveston/Houston area in 1981. "Peggy" was a Free Spirit, having been educated at The Ethel Walker School, Miss Porter's School for Girls, and Graduated with a B.S. in Education from Adelphi College, she later found Business & Art more interesting. She was a member of AARP, & enjoyed Arts & Crafts, Antiques, and "The Hunt" of Garage Sales.
She married Gordon Wills, of Carbondale Pa. & had 3 children. Later she met Biktor Mpehlibanis, of Athens Greece, with who she traveled throughout Europe & the Mediterranean, especially she was fond of the Greek Islands and the Archeology that she loved.
She is Predeceased by her Parents, both Husbands, Sister Mary W. Block, of CA. Brother W. J. Sampson III of NJ.
She leaves her Daughter, Megan(Phillip) Mather of Richmond TX, Sons, William J. Wills of Youngstown OH, Gordon "JR" (Rita) Wills of Dickinson TX. 3 Nieces, Virginia Block, of Houston, Elizabeth Mitchell of CT & Virginia Sampson of OR. 2 Grand Children & a Great Granddaughter.
