TOWNSEND - Chelsea A. Adams, 22-month-old daughter of Carl R. and Anne M. (Thatcher) Adams of 398 Main St., died Sunday in her home of complications related to spina bifida.
Besides her parents, she leaves a brother, Jake C.V. Adams; three sisters, Sarah A., Leslie E. and Meghan K. Adams, all of Townsend; her paternal grandparents, Carl R. and Ruth B. Adams of Westminster; her maternal grandmother, Shirley Thatcher of Townsend; aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was born in Worcester and lived here most of her life.
The funeral will be held tomorrow with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church, 1 School St. Burial will be private in Hillside Cemetery.
