She was a former employee of Caesar's Indiana in Elizabeth, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Smith and her grandson, Jaxon Lindsey. She is survived by her loving husband, Mark Lindsey, her children, Christopher and Amanda Lindsey, her Grandchildren; Brooklynn Gray and Justice and Trinitee Lindsey, her mother, Hazel Smith and her brother Mark Smith (Kimberly).
Her funeral service will be conducted at 11 AM on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Bosse Funeral Home, 1355 Ellison at Barret Avenues, with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
