Allen A. Cochran passed away on August 10, 2016, at his home in North Salt Lake, Utah. He was born September 6, 1940 in Wilmington, North Carolina, to Ernest Allen Cochran and Hester Eugenia Sanders.

Allen married Annetta Olsen in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, April 2, 1965. They had three children: Mignon, Adrian (Amie) and Jasone (Cara). His three grandchildren Caitilin, Jaxone, and Zoey were the light of his life.

Allen graduated from BYU with a degree in Business Management, served for two years in the Northern California Mission and worked over 40 years for the LDS Church in Family History and Genealogy departments. He held many positions in his various wards and stakes and was a faithful home teacher his entire life.
Allen had a green thumb and always had beautiful flowers in and around his home. He was a coin collector and an avid genealogist.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Utah. Interment: Bountiful City Cemetery.
