William Edward Klann, age 80, formerly of Reedsville, currently of Shady Lane Nursing Home in Manitowoc, died on Wednesday evening, September 5, 2012.

He was born on January 8, 1932 in the town of Rockland, son of the late Henry and Frieda (Wagner) Klann. William farmed the family homestead in the town of Rockland most of his life. He was a member of St. John St. James Lutheran Church in Reedsville.

Survivors include his beloved twin sister: Lavida Klann; other cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Harlan.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at St. John St. James Lutheran Church in Reedsville. The Rev. Timothy Nommensen will officiate with burial in West Side Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service at 1:30 p.m.
