Merle H. Tanner

Merle H. Tanner of 8491 North Main St., Evans Center, Angola, N. Y. died Nov. 26, 1971 at the age of 67 after a prolonged illness. Husband of Ernestine (nee Buhr) Tanner, he was the father of Mrs. Robert (Shirley) Laycock, Alden, N.Y., Merle Tanner Jr. and Mrs. John (Judy) Roberts, both of Angola, N.Y.; brother of Mrs. Walter (Norma) Scrace of Bowmansville, N.Y., Howard and Milton Tanner of Angola, N.Y.; also survived by 10 grandchildren. Services held at the Eugene J. Heil Funeral Home, 8434 North Main St., Angola, N.Y. Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Officiating clergyman was Rev. David C. Halvorsen. Interment in Glenwood Cemetery, Silver Creek, N.Y.
