Our mother was born in Tye Texas, to Mack and Vesta Herod. Her 4 older brothers Carl, Roy, Tom, and Leland all preceded her in death. She attended Snyder High School and graduated from TWU in Denton, Texas. After which, she taught elementary school in Snyder Texas for 22 years. She was a life long member of the Methodist Church, and is survived by two children Melody White Wyatt and husband Jerry of Allen, Texas and Robert Dalton White Jr. and his wife Lynda of The Colony, Texas. Three Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
She has been a blessing to her family all her life. Her love, and her service are examples of a true Christian. She will be greatly missed and loved forever.
