Mrs. Medine was born on Nov. 30, 1936, in Brunswick, Ga.
Visiting will be at Wilbert Funeral Home in Plaquemine on Thursday, Sept. 22, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting resumes on Friday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Plaquemine from 8 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. to be celebrated by the Rev. Cleo Milano.
Entombment will be in Grace Memorial Park Mausoleum.
She is survived by her husband, Noah J. Medine; a son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Carolyn Medine; two daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn and Victor Silvio and Kristina and John Boudreaux; a sister, Clara Larsen Klimp of St. Simons Island; and six grandchildren, Christopher, Kevin and Victoria Silvio and Tristan, Seth and Noah Boudreaux.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Axel Walter Larsen, and sister, Sophia Mayfield, all of whom were of Brunswick.
Chris was a devoted wife and mother and an avid reader. She had a love of people, animals and her art.
