Member of St. Rose of Lima Church
ngie Galli (Capano), 95, of Vineland died Saturday in the Millville Center of Genesis Elder Care.
Born in Italy, she came to the United States at age 2. Mrs. Galli had been a lifelong city resident. She was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Catherine Scarpa Capano and the wife of the late Arnold Galli. Mrs. Galli was a homemaker. She was a member of the St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church, Newfield, and the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church of Vineland. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting.


Survivors include three daughters, Jean Miller, Kay Dechen and Helen Jacobs, all of Vineland; five sisters, Mary Austino, Carrie Scarpa, Mollie Mastrogiovanni, Lucy Procaccino and Sue Lurito, all of Vineland; a brother, Anthony "Tony" Capano of Vineland.
A funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church, 104 Catawba Ave., Newfield. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland. Friends will be received from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of the Pancoast Funeral Home, Vineland.
