Jack W. Mullins, 74 of Greenfield, IN passed away on Friday, August 19th, 2016 at his home. He was born on April 4th 1942 in Harlan, Kentucky to the late Booker T. and Kate (Hoover) Mullins.

Jack married the love of his life Anna "Marie" Phelphs on August 20, 1960. He spent his life working for Ryder, Inc. as a truck driver for many years until his retirement in 1995. Jack was a member of the Greenfield VFW Post #2693, and the American Legion Post #119. Jack loved to play cards and pool, but he especially loved spending time with his family and friends.

Surviving Jack are his sons, Ronnie (Lynnette) Mullins of Charlottesville; David (Serena) Mullins of Indianapolis; daughters, Tina Johnson of Greenfield; Lisa (Jim) Barrick of Mooresville; brother, Don Mullins of Scottsburg; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death are his parents listed above, wife Anna "Marie" Phelps who passed away in 2010, several brothers and sisters, 1 grandson, and 1 granddaughter.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 25th, 2016 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home on Friday, August 26th, 2016. Burial will immediately follow the service at Park Cemetery in Greenfield, 621 South State Street, Greenfield, IN 46140.
