Fay, age 89, was the biological daughter of John O. and Marie Olson. She was adopted by Orlie and Elsa Easley. She married Palmer Johnson in 1949. She married Leon Swofford in 1972. She was preceded in death by her biological parents, her biological siblings, Sophie Swanson, Edwin Olson, Alvin Olson, Mabel Olson, Agnes Preuss, Lloyd Johnson, June Olson, Larry Holien, and Loraine Bassett Draheim, her twin sister, Rosella May Olson, her adopted parents, her adopted brother, Clarence Easley, her son, Gary Edward Johnson, and both husbands. Survivors include her children, Orlie Johnson, Alan Perelman, Sandra Fedasch, Mike Fedasch, Ila Shipley, and Susan Williams, and one grandson. Memorial services were held at Port Orchard First Lutheran Church.
