Teresa was the daughter of William and Charlotte Cichocki.


She is survived by her son, Michael West and his wife, Tracey; a daughter, Patricia Foster, and her husband, James; and five grandsons, Cody, Kyle, James, Michael, and Matthew; her sisters, Mary Potash and husband, David; Irene McNickle and husband, James; Elizabeth Duffee and husband, Kevin; a brother, John Cichocki and wife, Diane; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Stanley Cichocki.
