Cleaon Combs, 78, of Covington, died at 12:03 p.m. Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. He was a retired carpenter and construction worker, and a member of Community Pentecostal Church of God, Taylor Mill.
Survivors include his wife, Nora Combs; a daughter, Lenora Hampton of Ryland Heights; a son, Roger Combs of Battle Creek, Mich.; stepsons, Ronald Holliday of Latonia and Donald Holliday of Wheat Ridge, Colo.; nine grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren.
Services were this morning at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Burial was in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill. (Announced on: 02-05-1998)
