John R. Swindoll, 70, a retired rancher, calibration technician and real estate broker, died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2001, at his home.
Burial: Clifton Memorial Park.
John R. Swindoll was born Dec. 12, 1930, in Everman. He was a resident of Everman for many years until moving to Clifton in 1962. He was a retired calibration technician for Comanche Peak Nuclear Plant and later worked as a rancher and real estate broker.
Survivors: Wife, Betty Jean Swindoll of Clifton; and daugther, Traci Jean Culp and husband, Waymon, of Whitney. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Claude Swindoll and Mattie Foust Swindoll, two sisters, Ada Faye Swindoll Bean Ashlock, and Claudia Louise Swindoll Knight.
