Arley Hutchison, 71 year old Woodward resident, died Sunday August 14, 2016 at his home in Woodward. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 19, 2016 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, August 18, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. with the family being present from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Arley Ray Hutchison was born on May 14, 1945 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Otis Elbert and Velma Addlene (Stoner) Hutchison. Arley grew up in Woodward and attended Woodward Public Schools. He went to work for J&R Transports on January 14, 1974 and had just recently retired on August 5, 2016.
He loved spending time with his family, riding motorcycles with anybody who wanted to ride, fixing up old cars and showing his cars. He loved going on vacation with his family.
He is survived by sons Lon Allen Hutchison and wife Verna, Arley Hutchison Jr. and wife Tina, Robert Egan and wife Mary; daughters Shelly Tubbs and husband Dennis, Michelle Perdue; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
Arley was preceded in death by his parents, his wives, Carol Hutchison, Lela Hutchison, one daughter Janet Carriger and son Paul Eagan.
