Darlene F. Myers, 71, of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2016. She was born on February 22, 1945 in New London, Connecticut, the daughter of Ruben and Dorothy (Myers) Hammerback.

Darlene was a seamstress for many years and a member of Piedmont Seventh-day Adventist Church and the Hilltop Club.

Darlene is survived by: her husband, Allen; daughter and son-in-law, Jody and Rick Stewart; sons and daughters-in-law, Jeramy and Shelly Myers and Matthew and Monica Myers; grandchildren, Shawntel, Brittany, Gabrielle, Brody, Triston, Nicole, Madalyn, Brooke and Quinton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Dotty and Clyde Eddy, and Joy and Dale Matthews; mother-in-law, Virginia Myers; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Preceded in death by: her parents; brother and sister-in-law, Harvey and Sharon Hammerback; and sister, Judy Hammerback.

Memorial Service on Monday, August 22, 2016 at College View Seventh-day Adventist Church in Lincoln. Burial in Stone Church Cemetery, Culbertson, Nebraska (also called Grove Cemetery).
