Preceded in death by 2 infant children and her brothers, Henry and Kenneth Sather, she is survived by her sister, Gunhilde Tucker of Bellingham, son, Donald of Puyallup, daughters, Kathleen Hiltzheimer of VA and Cynthia McDonald of Snohomish, 4 granddaughters and 3 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sept 24 at Boulevard Park Church in Seattle where she actively invested her cheerful grace for many years as Librarian, Deaconess, Arts and Crafts Fair Director, pianist, and other positions until being slowed by Alzheimer's Disease. Interment will be in the family plot at Our Saviour's Lutheran Cemetery in Stanwood. Arrangements under the direction of Gilbertson Funeral Home, Stanwood.
