He was born June 8, 1955 in Springdale to W.C. and Audrey Grimes.
Terry loved fishing and camping and always enjoyed building things with his hands. He was a Christian who loved his children and grandchildren with all of his heart. He was a talented guitar player and loved to cook in his spare time. One of his favorite things to do was ride a Harley Davidson. He will be missed by many family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his son, Tony Randall Grimes; his daughter, Stacy Elaine Grimes; and his brother, Wesley Curtis Grimes.
Terry is survived by his parents; his daughter, August Reed (and spouse, Loren) of Eugene, Oregon; his son, Waylon Grimes (and spouse, Kari) of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; a step-daughter, Sherrie Morale Cameron; and his sister, Patricia Grimes (and spouse Steve) Allen of Springdale, Arkansas.
Memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 3, 2016 at the John Powell Building, behind the Springdale Senior Center.
Burial is in Friendship Cemetery.
