Bill is survived by his wife, Ava Chambers Hall of Bethel; four children: Susie (Dexter) Hooper of Mills River, M. Tom (Denise) Hall of Jacksonville, FL, David K. (Heather) Hall of Fletcher and R. Dawn Hall (Stephanie) of Taylors, SC.
He was a retired mechanical engineer with 27 years at the J.E. Sirrine Company. After his retirement he worked for the Fluor Corporation. He proudly served his country in the United States Coast Guard- Merchant Marines during World War II.
