Pamela Sue Skinner OAKLAND Pamela Sue Skinner, 48, of Oakland, died at 6:55 p.m. Wednesday at the Prairie View Care Center, Charleston. Funeral services celebrating her life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the Epperson Funeral Chapel, in Mattoon, with the Rev. Robert Lee officiating. Burial will be at the Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the service. Pam was born February 22, 1955 in Sandwich, IL, she was the daughter of Donald E. Skinner and Dorothy Ploger. She is survived by her father of Clinton, Ind.; three sisters, Becky Dollins and her husband Stephen of Oakland, Patricia Akre of Sandwich, IL, and Donna Wallen of Oakland; four nieces, Crystal Baker and her husband Gregg, Kimberly Dudley and husband Chad, Shawna Dollins, and Tiffany Dollins; three great-nephews, Quintinn Baker, Keilan Baker and Aaron Dudley; three great-nieces, Olivia Baker, Madelynn Dudley and Isabella Dudley; three step nieces, Jessica Persson, Aaliyah Persson and Mandy Jewell. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy and her sister, Debra Kay.

Pam loved to fish, crochet, and collect coffee cups and lighters. She also enjoyed playing video games. She was vary caring and had a big heart - always giving of herself. The one thing Pam valued the most was her family, especially her nieces and nephews.
