Waynesboro, PA- Yvette Stamey Fuller, age 50 passed away at Leigh High Valley Hospital, Muhlenburg Location, Bethlehem, PA after a period of declining health.
She was born January 26, 1966 in Cabarrus County, NC, the daughter of Alice Mishak Stamey and the late Ted Albert Stamey.
Yvette was a 1984 graduate of South Rowan High School and her Associates Degree in early childhood education at the former Rowan Technical College.
She worked at Parkwood Day Care, Concord, NC prior to her marriage. Yvette was a former member of Landis Baptist Church, Landis, NC where she had worked in the Girls In Action program, sang in a trio, and in the church choir. Among her hobbies included Gospel music, making greeting cards, reading, and watching television. While living in Waynesboro, PA she was a member of the Waynesboro Lions Club and attended the First Community Church, Cascade, MD.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Whitley’s Funeral Home Main Chapel, Kannapolis, NC officiated by Dr. Tommy Wensil.
Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis, NC.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband, Roger Dale Fuller who was originally from Concord, NC now living in Waynesboro, PA.
