James Franklin ''Jim'' Bell,78, of Ona, passed away Sunday,
August 14,2016,in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington. He
was born October 16 1937, in Cabell County, West Virginia, a
son by the late Donelle and Pansie Bird Bell. in addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Lynn ''Sandy'' Bell; two brothers, Billy and Jerry Bell; and one sister, Mildred Johnson. Jim is survived by two sons, William S.'' Bill'' Bell of Palm Bay, Florida; and
Shane Bell of Cleveland, Ohio, and two granddaughters, Ashley Stefancin and her husband Matthew of Cleveland, Ohio,
and Terri Bell of Seattle, Washington.; and one great-grand
son, Kenny Stefancin. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, August 18, 2016, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday,
August19, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in White
