Funeral services for Mrs. Lisa Lynn McCary Murphy will be held Friday at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Stephens Funeral Home. Rev. Terry Irby will be officiating.
Mrs. Murphy, 48, of Meridian, passed away at her residence.
She was a homemaker who enjoyed her family. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister whose loving, kindness and gentle nature will be missed by her many family and friends.
Survivors include
her husband Jerry Murphy;
daughter, Carrie Amanda Shoemaker and husband Lee;
son, Stanley Ray Murphy;
brother, Mike Frazier and wife Marsha;
sister, Rhonda and husband Patrick;
grandchildren, Katelynn Shoemaker and Colton Shoemaker; niece, Ashley Taylor and husband Tristian;
nephew, Nathan Shea and wife Mandy;
along with numerous aunts, uncles and other loving family members.
She was preceded in death by
her parents, Jesse Eugene and Johnnie Dale McCary;
and
infant sister, Susan Renee McCary.
Those serving as pallbearers are
