Martemas Larsen
SODA SPRINGS - Martemas Larsen, 72, of Soda Springs, died at the Caribou County Hospital Sunday morning after a short illness.
He was born Jan. 19, 1893, in Huron, Denmark to Poul and Annie Holm Larsen. He had been married and divorced.
He came to the United States in 1905 and made his home in Soda Springs since that time. He was a veteran of World War I, served on the Soda Springs police force for several years, and was a member of the LDS Church.
Survivors include two half brothers and one half sister, Ed Larsen of Nampa, Ollie Larsen in Denmark, and Martine Schenk of Bancroft.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, at 1 p.m. at the Allen Funeral Home in Soda Springs, where friends may call prior to the services.
