A heavy equipment operator, and a veteran of WW II Family:He married Edna Boyce in 1965, and she survives him; Two sons, Ronnie Tynes of Texarkana, Ark. and David Martin Tynes of Forrest City; two daughters, Jeanette Golden of Lake Village, Ark., and Wynona Melton of Forrest City;two brothers, Lucious Tynes of Forrest City and Jack Tynes of Pine Bluff, Ark.; and four grandchildren. He died in Memphis Veterans Hospital.
