Born January 8, 1909 in Pulaski County, [IN], she was the daughter of James Elam and Ercie Ethel [Moore] Bailey. On August 18, 1932 she married Theodore R. "Ted" Claussen, who preceded her in death on January 21, 1992. She was co-owner of T&C Drive-In in Francesville for nine years prior to her retirement.
Surviving are a foster son, Raymond Maxwell of Winamac; a step-son, Theodore Claussen Jr. of Stuart, FL; a brother, Harold Bailey of Monon; one sister, Mabel Stiller of Francesville; special granddaughters, Mrs. Ken [Lori] Allen and Mrs. Steve [Amy] Hintz, both of Reynolds...
