Cathy Morris was born June 28, 1958 and departed this life Sunday, August 14, 2016 reaching the age of 58 years. She was the daughter of the late Billy Joe and Shirley (Mounce) Bridgeman.
She is survived by: two sons, Jeremy Baker and Billy Morris; two daughters, Shanna Coomer and Kendra Morris; and 5 grandchildren, Emily Coomer, Dylan Coomer, Brittany Coomer, Autumn Cooper, and Hannah Coomer. She is also survived by: one brother, Joey Bridgeman; and two sisters, Vikki Joslin and Lori Catron; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, Billy Joe and Shirley Bridgeman, she was preceded in death by one brother, Barry Bridgeman.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 after 5 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
