Our loving mother, grandmother and friend, Sharon J. Morse, age 78, was called home on March 28, 2016 in Taylorsville, Utah. She was born on December 19, 1937 in Salt Lake City to Herman and Elvira Janssen. She graduated from Jordan High School. Sharon married Norman H. Carlsen (divorced) and later married Dave Morse.
Her dogs were the love and focus of her life. She was an avid collector of knick knacks and loved Christmas and all the beautiful colors and sweets that were a part of the season. She will be deeply missed.
"My Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you. Not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." John 14:27.
She is survived by her children Randy Carlsen and Terry Black; brother, Johnny Janssen, 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her son, Kelly R. Morse; her parents; brothers, Raymond Janssen and Konrad Janssen; and sister, Carolyn.
