Virginia Irene 'Ginny' Domer, age 84, passed away April 11, 2012 in the Canton Christian Home. Born in Stark County on July 29, 1927 to the late Olive (Culler) Weaver. She graduated from McKinley High School, Class of '45 and was retired from Domer Communication, Inc. Member of Mt. Pleasant Church of the Brethren in North Canton.
Survived by her husband of 65 years, David J. Domer; sons, David Terry (Cindy) Domer, Jeff (Susan) Domer; daughter, Cheryl (Jim) Doria; grandchildren, Chad Domer, Lindsey Domer, Ryan Domer, Claire (Jason) Fasbinder, Adam (Amanda) Domer, Jay Domer, Andrea (fiancee, Matt Reisinger) Doria, David Doria; great-grandchild, Cade Domer.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the Mt. Pleasant Church of the Brethren, 4152 Mt. Pleasant St. N.W., North Canton, Ohio with Pastor Bruce Jacobsen officiating. Burial will follow in East Nimishillen Cemetery. Calling hours will be Sunday from 3-5 p.m. in the Schneebergr Funeral Home and one hour before services Monday from 10-11 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the church.
