NEAL ISON, 86, Indianapolis, died Saturday. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Flanner & Buchanan Morris Street Mortuary, with calling from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. today. He had been a machinst 27 years for Detroit Diesel Allison Division of General Motors Corp., retiring in 1968. Mr. Ison was a member of River Avenue Baptist Church. Survivors: wife, Naomi L. Stinson Ison; son, Jack M. Ison; daughters, Linda Turpen and Dixie Curis; sisters, Amy Kirk and Juanita Oliver; brothers, J. C. and Garney Ison; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
