Lewis Peter Gellock, Jr., 85, of Easton, Pa., died on February 20, 2017 at Gracedale. Born on December 12, 1931 in Easton, he was the son of the late Lewis P. Gellock, Sr. and Flora Fronicke Gellock. His wife, the former Mary O'Connell, died in 1990.

He served as a Corporal in the US Army during the Korean War. He retired after many years from Ingersoll-Rand in Martins Creek, as a drill tester. Lewis was a volunteer fireman with the Wilson Borough Fire Co.

He is survived by his children, Louise J. Foss and husband Ralph of Phillipsburg; Linda Stempa and husband John of Kunkletown, Pa.; Patricia A. Miller and husband Brad Stocker of Bangor, Pa.; Lewis P. Gellock III and wife Sherri of Wilson Borough. Also surviving is his longtime companion Carolyn Marlatt, 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Lewis was predeceased, in 1980, by his son,Thomas R. Gellock, and many brothers and sisters.

Viewing hours will be held on Thursday February 23, 2017 from 9:30 am to 11 am at The Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Palmer Twp., Pa. Funeral Services will be held at 11 am. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine.
