Born in Evergreen Park and a longtime Chicago area resident before relocating to Las Vegas 10 years ago.
Marty attended Eastern Illinois University and was a member of the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity. He was also a graduate of St. Rita High School in Chicago. Marty absolutely enjoyed Las Vegas and the many opportunities that the region brought him throughout his time there. He was employed by 24 Seven Productions in Las Vegas as an Executive Assistant. He has also been employed by the Fu Asian Kitchen and the Woo Family in Las Vegas.
Marty loved life and loved sharing his life experiences with the people around him.
Survived by his father, Martin A. Anderson, Sr. of Chicago; one brother, Bryan (Karla) Anderson of Chicago; and three sisters, Gina Kulakowski of Joliet, April (Henry) Tough of Joliet, and Tina Anderson of Crest Hill. Numerous nieces, nephew, great nieces and great nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Cookie Anderson (2014).
Funeral Services for Martin will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at 8:00 p.m., at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Roads, Joliet, IL. Fr. Tom Cargo will officiate. Cremation Rites will be accorded following his funeral services. Visitation Tuesday, 3-8 p.m. at the funeral home. For information please call 815-741-5500
